Veenuz Indian d’zire
Gary and Veenu needed a trustworthy building company to manage and bring together their vision for a contemporary and distinctive ‘homestyle’ restaurant to service their existing loyal customer base and introduce new customers to their amazing food experience. They realised they could have a productive, open working relationship with the Integrity Built team and turned to us for assistance with transforming a tired shabby hairdressing salon into a vibrant modern eatery. The results speak for themselves.
New Zealand’s leading full service law firm – With 53 partners and over 165 legal staff across three offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, Chapman Tripp have the resources and experience to advise on all areas of New Zealand law. Integrity Built were approached by Chapman Tripp to quote for the fit-out of the ground floor of their ‘post quake’ premises at 245 Blenheim Road.
Chapman Tripp needed to reconfigure an existing layout for the purpose of creating a new client reception area and staff offices. The project was delivered on time and on budget – allowing Chapman Tripp’s staff more room to work in comfort.
63 Victoria Street
Integrity Built were approached to tender for the earthquake strengthening to the existing structure and total refit of the interior of 63 Victoria St in Christchurch’s Entertainment precinct. Successfully tendered the project required considerable flexibility and on-job expertise for a job that was challenging with a number of aspects of the project being amended and adjusted on the fly. Effective project management was essential to bring together a smooth running plan for trades and sub-trades.
It’s not often a company can say that it’s renovated a bathroom (along with the entire workspace) fit for the Prime Minister…
Victor Hydraulics have been setting the industry standard in the design and manufacture of premium steel and stainless steel hydraulic cylinders for over 60 years. Will Colenso of Victor Hydraulics approached integrity Built to transform their recently acquired second premise at 22 Klondyke Drive, Hornby from a tired lacklustre industrial site to a modern, comfortable workplace within very tight time constraints. As an existing client Will was happy to proceed on a good faith basis with Integrity Built – he trusted us to price the works fairly and knew he could rely on us to deliver the project on time.
Timeframes on this job were tight – Victor Hydraulics needed to minimise production downtime while moving machinery from their existing building, and the works had to be completed over the Christmas shut-down so they were able to open the doors at the new premise in the New Year. Integrity Built made sure they delivered the project on time and to the clients satisfaction. Victor Hydraulics were proud to be able to invite their suppliers and customers to an opening ceremony attended by Prime Minister John Key.
The before and after transformation.
