Residential Building Projects
Email Us To Discuss Your ProjectAs experienced and qualified Christchurch builders we’ve had the pleasure of working to enhance some lovely family homes and residential investment property. Here are some examples…
The owners of this Prebbleton property wanted to enhance their outdoor living area with a Garden Pavilion building. The building serves as an entertaining space, a tennis viewing area and a wind break from the Easterly wind.
Integrity Built put the clients in contact with Chris of Hoult Architecture who converted the concept sketch to council ready plans. We then translated this to reality. The results speak for themselves.
Working with Graeme Jacobs of Graeme Jacobs Architect Limited we repaired and rejuvenated this property. As part of the Medical Assurance Society repair programme the house was re-levelled, re-clad and finished to a high standard.”
2 Crossland Terrace
Integrity Built was contacted by Brita Corbett Architecture Limited and invited to tender for the earthquake repairs to 2 Crossland Terrace, Lyttelton. As members of Medical Assurance Society the owner’s architect managed their repairs. Integrity Built was completing an earthquake repair in Lyttelton and Brita Corbett contacted us because she was impressed by the way that site was being managed. The mandate on this project was to return the home to its pre-quake condition. The owners were also taking the opportunity to make some improvements to the property.
Strickland Street townhouses
Designed by Architect Cymon Allfrey the Strickland St townhouses were commissioned by property investors for adding to their rental portfolio. The client was interested in maximizing the potential of the land (cantilevering allowed for a larger floor area than a simpler construction methodology) whilst keeping a keen eye on design detail.
Totalling 426m2 the block of three townhouses is clad in a mixture of Hebel power panel (plaster finish aerated concrete panels), Weathertex weatherboards and Weathertex panel. Finished to a mid high specification internally with frameless glass showers and tiled hard surfaces. Built ‘pre-quake’ the townhouses performed admirably sustaining a minimal amount of aesthetic damage much to the client’s delight.
